ORION MINERALS: CLOVER ALLOYS BACKS S.AFRICAN PROJECTS

Developer Orion Minerals has opened a clear pathway to secure up to $A60M additional equity funding for its South African base metal projects through a two-tranche placement cornerstone by privately owned mining group Clover Alloys to raise up to $13M.
Clover Alloys, led by prominent South African mining executives Adam Fleming and Philip Kotze, will subscribe $6.7M for 440M shares.
Orion says Clover’s expertise with modular processing plants and track record developing and operating chrome operations will be of enormous strategic value in developing its Prieska copper-zinc project and Okiep copper project in the Northern Cape.
